I assume you also complain about livestock trailers, feed trucks, rock trucks, grain trucks, or any other disturbance going by your house early in the morning?    

I've seen a lot of aircraft down low.   Of massive variation from 60-600 knots airspeed, from powered parachutists to F-16s and P-51s and C-5s and B-52s and 747s.   I've got a really big stretch to make to believe that a 602-802 at 500' AGL doing 140 knots disrupts your consciousness for more than about ten seconds.
