From what I remember no one owns or has control of the air over their property above so many feet. 50 maybe? I hope this guy does plenty of time in jail for his actions. He's no less of a criminal than a mass shooter at a school.

If the Wyoming corner hopping case is any indication, people own no airspace above their property. Generally you’re allowed to build up to about 50 feet with little scrutiny, then above that they start telling you what you have to do to use the airspace.
