SW OH | Well, I have. Bob Ruhe Ag service from Leipsic Ohio used to come to our county to fly on cover crops in late August. I would go and help load the planes with seed, mostly wheat. I would climb up on the wing, open the lid, put the sock in, and pull the lever. In about 60 seconds 50 bushels were in the tank and I closed the lid. I always wanted to go for a ride. They had a 2 seater trainer but I never got to see it. They told me I'd never go for a second ride after the first.
I also remember them talking about air space rights. From what I remember no one owns or has control of the air over their property above so many feet. 50 maybe? I hope this guy does plenty of time in jail for his actions. He's no less of a criminal than a mass shooter at a school.
