In your case you are not ag use with the dealership. In the eyes of the Ohio Building Codes you are a commercial business that just happens to work on ag equipment. There is also a commercial vehicle sprinkler threshold of 5k sf. That one bit me recently as construction equipment is considered commercial. | |
