Mayer, ohio ag buildings is exempt of fire suppression.
So is mine, but it took me a bunch of hoops, hearings, and trips to different boards to get a variance...If I hade made it 100x115 it wouldn't have mattered then, but my architect or builder never said a word about fire. I didn't realize Ohio Ag ever had a single structure over 12K sq feet either, so that would be why they didn't have fire suppression if they are smaller than 12K OR were built before that rule went into effect.
