Very southern Mn | It is just like building a house, you get the shell up, that’s a small part of the cost. Your thinking I am going to be right on or even below my budget and than the expensive stuff starts. When you price the shop building itself without insulation doors etc like a lot of the steel people do, building always seem cheap. We put up a 72x128 cold storage building and my wiring bill almost cost what my shop did pre Covid. Once again it costs a lot more than you think because you have to get a service first and on a bigger building like OP wants, there is just alot of runs, wire sometimes has to be bigger etc, etc. i | |
