Central Minnesota | MaineFarmer - 8/6/2026 16:56 I raise 50 ares of sweet corn,I would not want to leave the husk on in any cooking method.Here the need to control earworms/stalk borers/army worms requires some growers to treat every 3 days.I know the 1/2 life of these newer chems is short,,but just contemplate this . That, and sometimes they can still be in there. Personally, I do not have time or want to be cleaning sweet corn when its time to be eating it. |
