I think people tend to underestimate that 500’ because they have no idea how big and fast today’s spray planes are.


Well said Ben, I'd bet not one farmer in 50 has stood close enough to an 802 to touch it and appreciate how big the modern turbine birds are.   And not one in 50,000 of the general public has done so.
