| At the start of covid $500,000 for a 150 x 60. There is a 40 ft apron out front. 2 large overhead doors 26,28 ft? 1 small door.
The guy bid the wiring at $15,000, I figured $50,000 in materials. Needless to say he didn't finish.
I put in a regular house heat pump type furnace with propane backup.
If had to do it over, I would do a couple window AC units and radiant tube. I end up running a window unit anyway. | |
