Very southern Mn | Forgot pad in front and by all doors, plumbing, walk doors, some lofts, site prep, fill, electrical service. Wiring will be 5$ plus a sq ft, Cement at 8$ is just a floor, I am guessing floor will be closer to $10 if you do anything plus need drains. Will need some kind of liner at least on bottom 8-10’. It’s the completed project where it all ads up. I bet a million doesn’t cover it.
