I can NOT belirve what I am reading!  Certainly visit with. him. When I read the caption  "Neighbor problem"  I assumed
it would cause some concern because the neighbor was mowing, raking, baling the buffer strip then deliver the bales to 
his buddy so he could feed his horses while all the time thinking he was helping his neighbor maintain 
their common border line.
