He wants you to provide access so he can remotely view and change settings on your machines and in your JD Ops account.
Not the end of the world but at some point review the permissions levels as a dealer typically asks for max privileges where there maybe a couple settings you could keep lower access and still get the help you want.
More permissions easier for them to do stuff for you but can also see your data.
