Very southern Mn | A lot of money to cash flow to repair equipment. Million dollars x6% interest, 4% depreciation, 6000-7000 insurance, another 4000 in taxes plus heat and overhead to run it. So 120000 a year. I think I am being very conservative on above figures. 10000$ a month. The building shell will be the cheap part. Everybody says how high repairs are uptown but what does it cost to have a experienced tech on top of monthly build cost to help justify the space? Now you are getting closer to $20000 a month and 1 tech doesn’t need /10 that space. Agree with guys that have cold storage close and smaller shop. Less chance of fire, cheaper construction on cold storage and how many machines are you planning on working on at once? | |
