I’d keep the million in the bank and hire a on staff full time mechanic for $100k/yr. APY on the million will pay for most of the mechanic.
Where will the mechanic work?
Seems like the most productive guys/shops have the least to work out of. Shops and over priced machinery storage sheds seem to get lumped into one and the same for a lot of guys.
