3 is as low as a Genesis will go in reverse.   There is no 1 or 2.   You didn't say if it has Super Steer on it but most did.  I have two Genesis and absolutely love SS but would never have it on a loader tractor.   Lots of moving parts on SS and I've seen them completely worn out when they had a loader on.   All that weight on all those parts makes for expensive rebuilding over time.   The other thing is it takes a lot of getting used to how they handle when you drive up to a bale with SS but I suppose you can adapt to that problem.   Just my two cents worth.
