Lifetime Cummins factory tech told me 10-15 at hot idle is OK, they make up for pressure with high flow rates, at more normal working speed i would like to see 20 or better. I have fuel dilution in my KW and it still runs 25-35 at 1800 revs or more but 15-18 at hot idle, it was out of framed by said above tech maybe 150k miles ago.
