| The flow meter should ground the signal pin out each time it wants to create a pulse. A pull up resistor might help clarify the signal. A raven controller should have a built in pull up resistor on the signal line. If you're using something custom you might try to add a 1K ohm resistor between the 12v flow meter power wire and the signal wire. You can try resistors a little bigger or smaller if this seems to help.
