I’ve only completely blacked out a couple times. Once at a family reunion which was fun. My consistent reaction is extreme shivering, almost to the appearance of seizure. It is not a seizure, it’s the vasovagal reaction.
As said below, often you’ll get some minor warning signs it’s coming. Get down and get your feet up.
I’ve never had a dr give a good reason why it happens to some people. Most just shrug and say it’s “not researched well”. | |
