Jeffersonville, OH | Been since 2012 since I built a 100x120x24 with concrete, steel building, floor heat, etc...but if you are wanting concrete and a 100x150 I would bet on it being close to 7 figures if not over...
Me being commercial I have to meet a lot of extra stuff, but in 2012 mine was $1.3 Million with an overhead crane, floor heat, 800A service, etc. Crane was $85K to brace the building, and $105K for the crane...in floor heat was about $175K as well once it was all done, plumbed in copper overhead, etc.
When you get that big some things like electric and heat can get expensive to be efficient

EDIT: Check your local laws, in Ohio and being commercial anything over 12K sq ft has to have fire suppression. I don't know if Ag is exempt everywhere, or not...but something to verify before assuming.
