Central Mo | This is one of our family traits that has been passed down. Like mayos said, it makes heart rate a bp drop causing us to passout. We know its coming and my Dads advice was "lay down before you fall down".
Doesnt happy very often, one of my triggers is the pick that a dentist uses when checking teeth, I have passed out in several dentist chairs.
I was getting a blood draw and my 4 yr old son standing in the door way passed out. Like I said, family trait.
My aunt, dad, brothers, sons and 2 grandkids and several nieces, nephews and cousins have the passout tendency.
If we are at the dr we will let them know we have the tendency, or we let the teachers at school know not to freak out, we will be back in a couple of minutes.
We warned a new daughter in law, she called one day crying but said thank goodness we gave her a headsup as to what could happen.
