Well, if this is really known to be such a sensititive spot, then it's probably the farmer's bad for not making more of it than a "drift notice". No doubt the flyer involved would have preferred to give it a wide berth over placing himself in harms way.
That said, unfortunately this dude is going to find out that the Feds do not play games with something like this. |
