West Central Iowa | West Central Iowa, We look good to this point! We will need moisture to get us to a next level up. 1 tenth here another 2 tenths and then maybe 3 tenths. North East side of the County has been getting plenty of rain. Been very dry but have been getting just enough to keep it going. Our bad spots showed up last week in the heat and they will be off as those areas are nosing back. The other areas of the field are holding in. Very little disease at this point. I'm thinking we will be better. Farming on the edge of drought as long as we get the rain when needed helps my area. | |
