Politics infiltrates this page because politicians infiltrate/contaminate our markets and cost of producing our commodities.
I'm not specifically talking about Trump either, its been going on for 50+ years. It transcends political party, everything the govt touches concerning agriculture, they some how manage to screw up.
If politicians would stay in their lane (stick to what the constitution calls for the Federal govt to do and nothing more), then politics could stay out of marketing.
