Southeast Colorado | The following is a quick synopsis of a prominent family here.
The patriarch lived to 100 years old. His 3 sons and one daughter have substantial holdings. Soon after the death the 4 split up the partnership. They were finally FREE to go about it on their own! They were 70 to 80 years old........but FREE!
To be fair........they all are doing really well and are good folks in our community. The grandkids pretty much run everything now......and they're still expanding. They appear to be pretty good operators and are defying the "3 generation build to crash" rule. The original patriarch must've brought them up right. | |
