It is antifreeze. That’s how I noticed something off seen some water splattered on my fender and decided to investigate. And found that. Do you suppose it will seal back up with a new bolt of if I can get one out? Did yours leak water up the bolt hole? What kinda torque sequence would you do installing one bolt
