Malta, Illinois | I'm sorry things are not going well up there but are you going to keep asking the same question multiple times a week until you get the answer you want? You are just going to have to let this thing play out. Markets are not going to go to the moon in a weeks time because you have a bad crop.The good news is that I think in time there is room for this market to run a bit but I am thinking harvest and beyond. In my area we have some low spots with water damage which we have not had for several years. The last couple of years have seen record yields around here. We will be less than the last couple of years for sure but still a lot of potential out there. It is only the 6th of August. The weather over the next 30 to 45 days will have a huge impact on where things end up. | |
