Oddly enough, the 2 times I ran the most miles/ days was when I had the flu. I was to sick to be able to sleep.
I used to drink a 12 pack of Diet Coke to Run an Omaha to Denver round after running local for 16 hours. And Yes, in my younger days I could drink the 12 pack without stopping to let it out. Probably due to the low humidity and high temperature
in the cab.
A 7 hour drive in daylight, just watching and thinking about the farming practices one sees along the way should be good enough.
