SC Nebraska | Personally I’d do the bulk with your scraper and smooth up with a HEAVY 10’ or 12’ box scraper. Your fwa will be good there.
I built the 10’ below out of a D7 blade and it’s fantastic, but plumb full it’s moving 3 maybe 4 yards. Apron scraper digs better, moves more further and faster.
After using a road grader extensively, I can’t take a pull grader seriously and the mere sight of one makes my neck hurt.
Orthman, Strobel, and Manco are good ones in this region.
