| We use FDS when we need something quickly. If we have time to order something I like Ohio Valley Ag. Usually if I order in the morning I can hve the part the next day if it’s in stock. They carry a large supply of Banjo products and prices are generally cheaper than FDS. One advantage for us with FDS, being close, if we’re unsure of exactly what we need we can go there & eyeball the part.
One thing to watch for with Banjo products is there different levels of quality, ie: 4 bolt valves vs 6 bolt valves. Most of the like Farm & Fleet & that type of stores carry the cheaper grade, thus don’t cost as much.
We’re about a 35 minute drive from the Banjo production facility in Crawfordsville IN. I’ve never checked if an individual can buy direct. I’ll also give Banjo a big heads up & thankyou to Banjo. They have contributed very extensively financially to the cancer center connected with Fransican Hospital in Crawfordsville In fact the center is named for the wife of Banjos founder - @ Marie Canine Cancer Center” As a former patient I would give them two thumbs up. You couldn’t find a better bunch of caring & friendly staff.
