West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | I don't have the recipe, and the guy will probably go to his grave with it, but bar none the best salsa I have ever enjoyed is made using all wood smoked ingredients. The same guy makes hot sauce using all wood smoked ingredients as well. A maple leaf hotness rating of four maple leaves will for sure warm your lips...but boy is it good.
