Anyone have a idea what the metal shingles cost. Not roofing tin. The shingles that look like regular shingles. They wont give a price over the phone.
Before you get too involved with this check with your Insurance Company, my neighbour had to get a new roof even though it looked in fine shape because it was 21 yrs
old and Insurance Co. will not insure a roof that is over a certain age, in his case 20 yrs I checked with mine and it was 24yrs, some insurance Companies MAY accept a
report from a certified roofer stating that the roof is in good condition some may not. Which begs the question under these circumstances why bother with shingles
that last more than 25yrs? |
