When the "guy in charge" reaches age 60 seems to have worked pretty good for grandpa, dad, and myself to start making the transition to the next generation....hopefully my nephew can make a go of it like we did.
I didn't get it when dad said "you start losing the edge" back when he was 60 years old...now I get it...the first step is admitting it.
