south east SD		It’s a revenue stream.

Deere dealer had the part, could get the part overnight with an extra charge or wait a couple 3 days and get it on parts shipment.

Now don’t have the part, can overnight it with extra charge or wait 3 or 4 days and charge me for shopping with them.

Getting like the postal service, charge more for less service
