East ks | The little bride works as an election official for the local election. I’ve voted in every election since old enough to vote, just seems like the right thing to do. So today I dropped off lunch for our local election officials and of course told them I needed to vote. Doesn’t matter if I have known the officials for life, the wife asks for drivers license. No, you have to remove it from the holder in my billfold (this is a real pain), you must follow the rules. Then wife gets that “look” on her face. When she scans the license it comes back “ not in system”. Been voting 54 years and this year not in system. Doesn’t really foster confidence in our election system. They are able to manually search voting registration data and found me , just saying Wwhhaaatt…….. | |
