Why don't you start a new thread, saying "Wanted Horsetail weed patches", or something like that in the title line, and then add more info in the text body.  See if anyone bites.  

P.S.  Wanting to buy seeds or seedlings, or wanting to translocate it into a spot where you don't have it already..... that is a REALLY Bone-headed idea.  

P.S.  How about spelling "Pennsylvania" correctly in your location?  ;)
