SW Ohio | I appreciate the input from everyone. I have talked to someone I know who has a bunch of rentals that has offered to help me screen potential tenents. I have also found a local property management service a few miles away that I am going to call, if they would manage everything for 10% that would be tempting.
My wife and I decided to move forward with the purchase, if it becomes too much we have options to split off the main house on 5 acres or sell the whole thing. | |
