| I have been on both sides as a dealer and a farmer. Early touching base should not be a big deal. Most have seen new products for a year or two and should give something to think about. If you change your mind and he is a good dealer he will understand. The ones that wait, are the ones that are upset about not getting the number that they want ,seed size and sometimes germ. Lots of our customers give us a call from the combine locking in something they see that is working for them. i have sold seed for over forty year and buying has changed to early booking . Most dealers should have a ballpark price. | |
