Pennsylvaina | Greenbrier… oh boy Greenbrier the stories I could tell you about Greenbrier there’s this one gigantic super organism. I’ve been using as a test subject ever since I started out it’s resisted all of my attempts to kill it here is a list of a few of them
sulfuric acid
Hydrochloric acid
Citric acid
Caprylic acid
Capric acid
Acetic acid
3/4 of a ton of salt
fire [we burnt it to White ash dug it up and burnt the tuber till it glowed it re-sprouted from the same burnt end that was glowing two years afterward]
lye
Concentrated bleach 12% sodium hypochlorite
boric acid and borax
Ammoniated soaps of fatty acids
dicamba
diquat
Triclopyr
24D
imazapar (constant background exposure due to water table being weird) some targeted sprays
glyphosate.
Over the course of 10 years
AND IT JUST WONT DIE
most of the things you saw on this list only slightly browned a few spots on the leaves if we were lucky
we’re gonna try to up the concentrations to see if I can do anything now that I have access to formulations that only have the active ingredients as opposed to the consumer versions which I was using in my past experiments now that my budget is higher and we’re gonna try some new formulations though could you send me a picture of the Greenbrier in question so I can see if it’s the same species as mine??
