Put her in an old overloaded 2 ton truck with hydraulic brakes - that will cure her ……….
My first grain truck was a 1975 Chevy C60 and it was supposed to be DOT inspected by the selling dealer and ready to go.
On my first load.........I went right through the first stop sign that I came to and thankfully there was not any cross traffic on that highway!!!
I took it to a local shop and the brakes were worn out and the rear tag's brake line went up inside the frame, but wasn't hooked up!!! The seller did help make it right, but not easily. |
