Stanley, Manitoba, Canada | I don't have the complete pin out, but I've attached a couple of harness schematics that should get most of the way there. One thing to note is that harness H1270 has an connector labelled "engage". I could not get that to work with a momentary switch and was told I had to go back to the engage connector on the console harness.
