SE IL / SW IN | Casey's stores piss me off with their rewards program. Some jackleg stands up there trying to punch in their number and says " Oh that must not be it let me try this one". So then the cashier tries it and "Nope must not be valid". Then they pull out a credit card and jack around with that for another 30 seconds. All of this to save 10 cents on a donut. I have been known to go around them, lay down 2 bucks and tell them to keep the change. Like someone else said, need a rewards cashier and a no rewards, cash only cashier. | |
