I couldn't tell how many hundreds of times I have baked a pizza for lunch or supper, eaten 3/4 of it and left the remainder out on the counter overnight. No fridge, no cover over it. Then I eat it for breakfast the next morning. No warming up, just room temperature and wash it down with some OJ. I've survived so far. I don't know how lasagna would be any different.
