In a previous life, I had a job that required torque wrenches and screwdrivers for most fasteners, and we had to get torque wrenches tested before use. A large percentage of new torque wrenches flunk the test right out of the box.
That said, they all should be good enough for lug nuts and drain plugs.
Better yet, an older retired fellow should hire those jobs done so he does not screw-up the job or hurt himself.
