So, what is the charging procedure when you don't have a garage & storms are occurring?

What should your wife know about this when you're not home & she expects to run to the EV with a hood over her head expecting to get going to (wherever) for whatever reason in the storm?

Just trying to plan ahead. I would guess that over 50% of the daily driven vehicles in our little town are sitting curbside or in a driveway constantly.
