I was there and saw it, didn't buy it because of that statement. Then got home and thought about it and felt foolish so I now spent an extra $6 to have it shipped. Duh.

I wouldn't have any problem tightening up a nut with a shorter wrench to 76 foot pounds. At least so far I wouldn't.
