NWC Ohio | V-8, v-8 smoothie (I think that’s what it was called). It comes in a plastic bottle, not refrigerated at store, it settles some so you do have to shake it up. Strawberry banana I think was my favorite. Muscle Milk or something like that was ok. Reality, my favorite when I’m doing just liquids is Vat pasteurized chocolate milk, it’s usually marked A2A2 as well, but the Vat Pasteurized is the biggest and best difference. Gotta shake it as the cream will rise to the top. | |
