south central IL | We have two rentals, one across the yard from us and one in town that we inherited from my dad. We’ve had pretty good luck with renters so far. Usually word of mouth is good to get people. This last time though we did list the one by us on facebook. We had several good candidates and rented it to a local young girl that we go to church with. We’re always told whoever comes to look that we have a list and they are welcome to come and look and if they’re interested we will put them on the list, we don’t tell them where they are on the list just that they’re on it. | |
