You’ll need liability ins also. Make lease minimum of 6 months if not one yr. Also will they have kids. That can be good or bad. NO PETS. They’ll say they will leave them outside until you get there someday and a dog is staring at you from an inside window and they are at work. You can have good and bad experiences.
