| As for the end of deal add ons in the back room where you sign the papers, go over the numbers and make sure they didnt sneek it in there
One time we had made a deal on a car, go to the back room and he starts in on extended warrenty and all the other crap. we say no we dont want any of that. he says ok and prints out a contract. We look over the numbers and there is the charge for the extended warrenty. We pushed it back to him and said were not signing that.
He looks at it and says "Sorry I thought I took that out" rips it up and prints out a new one without it. Maybe it was an honest mistake, maybe not. I was tempted to get up and walk out, but knew we would have to find another car we liked, waste anouther day and go through it all again so we looked the contract over good and signed
