I know, we’ve seen Tar Spot early and often this year in many corn belt states! Southern rust is expanding in recent days to many counties in multiple states! We have fungicide to help reduce yield loss from both Tar Spot and southern rust! But Bacterial Leaf Streak is a virus that fungicide does not control!
